1.  AGENCY: We offer and act as an agent to our client as regards to real estate matters. We source properties with good titles for our clients. This is to enlighten our clients on the activities going on in their properties. This we do through e-mail and post as the case may be on choice and affordable locations with regards on the mindset of our clients with special consideration on time.

2.   PROPERTY/FACILITY MANAGEMENT: With special act, Homes & Homes considers professionalism in management of client’s properties. We have periodic re ports on the on going activities in our managed Homes & Homes real estate solutions Ltd.

3.   PROJECT MANAGEMENT/ APPRAISAL: Homes & Homes real est. solutions has unequalled match on project management among her contemporaries. We supervise projects from incipient stage and give our report on weekly bases to our esteemed clients. We keep tags on our client’s projects, the contractors, sub contractors, materials, daily finances while weekly meetings and general supervisions on the entire projects last.

4.   ADVISORY ROLE: On highly specialized skills, we offer professional advice to our clients on real estate investment, management and other related dealings, by sensitizing them on how, where, when to invest. This will enable them actualize their desired value and returns on the investment.

5.   VALUATION: We offer valuation services to give the best value to our client’s property. 7.  Construction:  As a hub in real estate matters we have a sister company (EDGE Construction Limited) that provides all the technical as well as engineering support. It consists of a team of civil and structural engineers, project managers and supervisors that ease our real estate project once embarked upon. This is geared towards giving our clients value for money especially those we acquire and speculate for.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES. 

We will on our client’s behalf carryout duties relating to the efficient management of your property in the following areas.

.1.    Negotiate of sales, leases and renewals.

2.    Tenant selection to establish a reputable tenant base for the property.

3.   Legal advise on covenant to be incorporated in leases through our lawyers.

4.   Organizing repairing and maintenance of facilities within the property to include security, cleaning, gardening etc.

5.    Management and maintenance of the engineers, electricians, plumbers, gardeners, security personnel etc.

6.    Advise and liaising with local authority officials on payment of taxes, rates levies and premiums that falls due for payment.

7.    Preparations of schedule of dilapidations/conditions and facility inspection services to establish tenants or landlord accrued repairs and effect such works as and when due through proper communication channels within and outside the property.

8.    Arranging for car stickers for residence for easy security check and tallies for visitors.

9.    Periodic report on state of affairs at the property to the resident association.
